No power to the supply wires in the pull cord switch, tried opening the switch already. CU fuse stays up, but tenant reports that it jumped recently. Electric shower needs replacing (most likely) or repairing. It is 10+ years old and Mira is the brand. Water pump also needs replacing as has stopped working entirely.
