1. Replace a bathroom extractor fan. Need to extend main wire as the replacement fan has hole on different side. 2. Check e8 bulbs in one of the bedroom which flickers at certain dimmed voltage. Either need dimmer replacement or bulbs (all 6) with new model of aurora bulbs. 3. Check stair lights gu10 as they stay dimmed. Replace bulbs if dimmer is ok. 4 bulbs. Also put recess goof rings to cover slightly bigger holes.

Electrician as my gas under floor heating is not working, and I suspect the electricals for the thermostat needs diagnosis and fix.

Installation of cooker hood to replace broken one. There is still power to the cooker hood.

To fit 90cm cooker hood, the bottom of the cooker hood to be at the same height as the bottom of the cabinet. The exhaust vent is the correct size and need you to supply jubilee clip for 150mm diameter vent. Just need to drill the holes, mount the cooker hood, connect the vent and fit the cover. I will remove the splashback and the old cooker hood. The splashback will not be replaced as the cooker hood is in a lower position.

Replace.existing cooker hood with new one, connected to same electric outlet and same duct, should be straight easy replacement.note that existing is flat cooker hood but new one is angled hood

Electrician required to install and electric hub that needs to be wired into mains. You will need to remove existing hob (gas has been disconnected and capped). You will also need to cut into worktop to make space to accommodate new electric hub.

Heating element needs replacing in an electric oven. The part has been sourced, however the wires that connect into the heating element have slipped into the back of the oven so will need taking out and connected into the new heating element.
