Our electric shower has stopped working. It stopped abruptly mid shower! We have a Mira sprint shower. I’d like someone to supply (hopefully) and fit a replacement shower please!

After getting through some water this morning, just getting to work, I parked my car and the central locking lock the car, after that I manage to unlock it, I noticed the window doesn't close, after that I manage to close the window, lock the car and about 15min later someone told me that my horn is on. I went to the car, horn was on and the I put the key in, the screen water start going as well... I left after about 10min and after 1h again it started the horn. Whenever I turn on the engie the horn starts as well and I noticed that the indicator doesn't work either. - Due date: Flexible
