A small bathroom needs retiling and plumbing fitted. We have the bath suite. Tiles on the floor and the walls. We have the tiles also. Spot lights in the roof are already there. All reasonable quotes welcome. We would like I doing asap.

Toilet leak from upstairs bathroom. After a process of elimination we’ve determined the water damage was worse when the toilet was used. We have stopped using the toilet and this has stopped the damage getting worse. Unfortunately the waste pipe goes through the side elevation wall, in to the roof space of your side extension. This is above the downstairs toilet. The downstairs toilet ceiling is cladded in tong and Grove PVC boards. These will need to be removed to investigate the ceiling above and to gain access to the soil pipe in the roof space in order to make repairs. I would recommend the following work..remove cladding from ceiling, remove damaged plaster ceiling and repair leak in soil stack. Replace/repair damaged plaster ceiling and incorporate an access hatch form future maintained of the utility within the roof space.
