The kitchen cabinets, wall and base units, plus laminate worktop, microwave, gas hob and sink all need removing and disposing of ready for a new kitchen. I live in an apartment on the 2nd floor, there is a lift, good access and plenty of parking. All the other appliances will be removed prior to the 29th. The microwave and hob still work fine.

Loosing bhp, 126 on dyno last week, it should be running around the early 140's, i think the engine is running a little lean due to slight backfire at 4k rpm which i think is caused by the carbs. twin 45 carbs just need a good service and cleaning and setting up correctly. They are fitted to an 1800 zetec silvertop.

2 roller blinds have no cords so need replacement ones , we are hand rolling them up and down. 1 blind has a cord that has lost a lot of its bobbles ( teeth?) so it slips when rolling and doesn’t roll all the way . A velux blind has come if it’s cord so doesn’t stay shut - Due date: Flexible

We have hipped, slate roof on our two-story 1920s brick house. We suspect that one corner has a leak, as the sofit is showing evidence of damage and the interior corner of the two rooms below it get mouldy. We are not aware of water dripping from the ceiling or in the roof space. There is some slight discolouration in an upstairs ceiling corner by a chimney breast, suggesting that the problem may relate to the flashing and/or the lead in the gutter next to it. We would like someone to investigate and if necessary fix the problem. - Due date: Flexible
