After having the gutters of our house and conservatory cleaned, we've noticed a leak in the conservatory following the recent heavy rains. The conservatory is connected to our living room, and it seems that the seal where the conservatory meets the house may have come loose and needs replacing.

We have mould and damp in the bedroom, bathroom and office room of our home (pictures 1-3 are bedroom, 4-5 bathroom), and have done for the past year. We are trying to identify the issue, why this is happening, and how we can fix it and stop it happening again. We have tried constantly airing the flat out, having the heating on & using dehumidifiers, which hasn't really helped. We are a flat on the second floor (highest floor) in our block. We have a loft, which we believe could be part of the issue. TIA - Due date: Flexible

A new washing machine needs hose installation. The old hose broke while removing the old machine. The hose passes behind the oven and might need to pull the oven out.

I have almost finished staining wooden cladding on my garage but I can’t reach the top bit and don’t have the right ladder. Half an hour job for someone with a good ladder and confidence being up high. I have tools and paint already.
