I am getting in touch as I was wondering if you would be able to help me? I got bought my Sage Espresso Machine with Grinder (Model BES875 BSS/C) over 4 years ago. I absolutely adore my Sage machine and honest couldn't imagine life without it! Unfortunately when moving home this weekend, the machine got damaged in transit. The Grind Dial was wedged into the fitting and in turn broke the electric control panel behind it, which has in turn broken the whole machine.
