Hi To meet rental regulations on our rental property (E2 9NX), we need a heat detector hard-wired in our kitchen to then link wirelessly to two smoke detectors so the job needs the one pure ‘electrical’ job. I am currently researching the product to fit. Tower Hamlets council have stated that “All works are to conform to BS 5839. Cables should be installed in accordance with the relevant recommendations of BS 7671, and on completion a certificate of installation and commissioning shall be provided in accordance with BS 5839-6.”

I need two people with experience of building IKEA PAX wardrobes to carry the boxes upstairs to the guest bedroom and build the 200cm PAX wardrobe with sliding doors. It needs to be built in place as there isn't the ceiling height to built it flat and then stand it up.
