He fixed 4 light switches and 7 plug points, some of which were super challenging because there were so many extra cables already in there. Hi, I have two main jobs needed looking at: 1. Following a leak from upstairs, there is no electricity in the bathroom or hallway - lights and plug sockets. We have used a voltage detector to check and there is no power. The problem needs investigation and fixing (ideally on the same day!). Would also like to replace the extractor fan. 2. Extractor fan in the kitchen - needs hard wiring into a socket and also the fan needs ducting outside, so some drilling through the wall will be needed. My old electrician estimated this would be about 30-60 minutes work.
