The TV has a cable coming from the bottom in trunking, which will need to be removed. Not sure how heavy these are, but there will be a member of staff available to assist lifting if needed.

Fix or replace broken external door handle

The internal handle of my apartment door no longer works. Pressing it down does not move the latch (external handle still works). The door has ezcurra multi bolt lock - however I think the handle is completely separate. You will need to remove the ezcurra overlay panel on the side of the door to access the latch. May need a replacement handle entirely but can discuss further.
