1. Faulty Power Sockets: Several sockets are not working properly. I suspect the issue may be with the low-quality sockets purchased from Amazon, but I’d like the wiring checked and confirmed before replacing them. 2. Loose Light Switches: Some light switches are not properly secured to back boxes or wall studs. They need to be securely installed and tested for functionality. 3. LED Strip Light Issues: The LED strip (W-10-4000-24V, 10W 24V, commercial grade) is powered by a TRIAC Transformer (TR-150-24, 150W, 24V, mains dimmable). When switched on (via dimmer or two-way on/off switch), there’s a long delay before the light powers on. The dimmer switch causes limited dimming, and the light sometimes turns off unexpectedly. Diagnosis may include: Testing the driver for faults or compatibility issues. Checking for underloading of the driver or other wiring issues in the two-way circuit. Ensuring the dimmer switch is compatible with TRIAC dimmable drivers. Requirements: Qualified electrician with experience in fault diagnosis, repairs, and LED systems. Must bring appropriate tools and equipment for testing and repairs. Quote for diagnosis only, assuming 1 hour. Second visit and parts order to be planned if issues can be diagnosed.
