Repair AC at our Gallery - Experience in Mitsubishi AC

We have installed an Air conditioning (Mitsubishi) with 4 AHU at our Gallery more than 15 years ago to provide heating and ventilation to our gallery. The Gallery is formed of 2 levels, ground floor and basement, the indoor unit is working at the basement however is not working at the ground floor. Some engineers were able to check and find out that there's no signal between the control panel in the gorund floor, indoor unit and the AHU on the roof, probably the issue is due the network cables been cut during a lift installation for the building. Anyways, we believe an engineer would be able to double check and see what the issue is. To summarise, the AC is working fine at the basement; however, it is not working at the ground floor, unfortunately. I am looking for an engineer to visit our Gallery and see where the problem is at the AC system. PS, I have attached a photo of the indoor control unit .
