One fuse kept tripping and the British Gas identified the issue that the person who had installed before has installed this wrongly. They have put in a 45 amp with wrong wires which should be replaced with a 20 amp one and the corresponding wires. The whole 45 unit needs to be replaced with 20 amp unit. There is no visible bonding to water from gas meter so I was told an electrician woul dbe able to sort this out too.
