Cooker extractor fan not operating. There was a switch above the hob that has been blanked for safety. It is possible that this cut the power to the hood. This needs to be investigated and then fixed.

Hi, Communal lights in house for last few days is always on. As soon as someone enters communal entrance, they press Switch 1 (picture attached), and communal lights come up which becomes off after little delay on its own (to allow someone to climb to first floor flat). Similarly when switch 2 and 3 are pressed (picture attached) when someone from first floor flat gets out, then communal light comes on. After some delay lights are off on their own (to allow someone from first floor to go down in ground floor and get out). As mentioned, for last few days, lights are always on so looks like one of the switch or all three have gone bad. your job is to find the problem and make sure switch works as expected. all tools etc you will need to bring in. We will pay additionally actual cost of switches if they are needed against receipt. - Due date: 4 March - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 4 March 2023
