The right RCD won't stay up, even when all the circuit breakers are off. Earlier we disconnected an exterior lamp (and got an electric shock while doing so) as it's bracket was broken. We have an open wire where the light was ( we intend to get a new one) and I suspect this may be the problem with the RCD.
Ross was super helpful, including talking me through a temporary fix before he could come to do the task
