Not very satisfied with how this job was handled. I hired Shabazz thinking he would help order the parts and resolve the issue. He came on time, however, only to assess the situation and offer me a brand-new quote for several hundred pounds more. The right RCD won't stay up, even when all the circuit breakers are off. Earlier we disconnected an exterior lamp (and got an electric shock while doing so) as it's bracket was broken. We have an open wire where the light was ( we intend to get a new one) and I suspect this may be the problem with the RCD.
