Skillful, lot of common sense and fantastic attitude. Very well organised. Arrived on time and got down to work and organised the items really well to minimise the trips to the recycling center. I was impressed. Only side comment that made me wonder if the top rating is suitable is that the task wasn't read properly and photos studied as I was very clear so the offer was rushed and inappropriate based on what they told me. Instead of taking responsibility for something that isn't my fault I was asked to increase the price which is not a great practise. They were so helpful, good and polite generally though that I let it slip. Someone else wouldn't.
