I need a roller blind put up in a dormer window - the handyman will need to supply the mounting bracket for the tube, and I think it will need a wooden batten to be mounted, to take the weight of the blind, the dormer roof won’t take it; 2. the grouting around our bath has gone mouldy or come away, I need the old / residual grout removed and replaced. It’s mostly white but some is grey.

Worksurfaces and carcasses are fine. Includes about 22 door and drawer fronts. Three or four lengths of cornice and nine end panels (25mm) Potentially change doorhandles but maybe not. Two of their drawers in the island are chiller drawers.

I am looking for someone to replace my kitchen sink and tap. Currently there is a metal sink and draining board which I would like to replace with a ceramic equivalent - see example attached. Happy to either buy the sink and tap and just pay for installation, or buy this / similar looking product from the installer. The current sink has the following measurements: Depth 33.5cm Width 36cm Depth of basin 13cm The sink unit including the draining board has the following measurements: Depth 43.5cm Width 86cm The countertop has a depth of 61cm. Most ceramic sinks I have looked at online have a larger measurement, so it may be that some of the worktop (wood) needs cutting out to allow for this. There is also some water-damaged wood behind the sink which I would like to replace and cover with tiles.

**Please know budget is flexible, as I'm currently researching costs for three different tasks (below). 1. We're looking for someone to replace 5 cracked tiles in a small bathroom (around 1.5m x 1.25m), I believe they are ceramic. As one is on the bottom of the bathtub, I'm guessing we'll need sealing there as well. We have the exact tiles here. 2. Depending on cost, we may replace another 5 of the same tiles in another part of the bathroom, very lightly cracked - attaching a pic there as well. Some of these will require cutting to fit a doorway. 3. If possible at the same time, we'd also like to paint the ceiling of that same small bathroom with paint suitable for a bathroom. I've circled the bathroom in the floor plan attached to gauge the approximate size and workload. Please let me know if that's enough to go on to quote an estimate for 1, 2 or all 3 tasks. Finally, if you have other suggestions on how to improve the general look, don't hesitate to add that in, as we're looking for a nice finish.
