Have a new 55 inch Samsung. Bose 700 sound bar + Sky puck. Need settings up to resolve sound issues when switching on (no sound sometimes) could be conflict between the Bose Alexa & Samsung Alexa. Did not happen with the old Samsung that did not have Alex. Also would like to get all 3 if possible to turn on and off with Alexa (as the last set up did)
Peter a great guy spent a lot longer sorting my issue out. Turned out to be a firm wear issue that the Bose sound bar need to go back to Bose to have its codes rewritten. This is one of a long line of technical issue have had with Bose. Not buying Bose again.
