We have a curtain track around a bay window that has problems with two sections of it as follows: 1) On one part, which is for a single curtain, the pulley string has broken and has come out of where it is supposed to be, so there is only a single string hanging down and it cannot be used to open and close the curtains. 2) On another part, which is for a pair of curtains, the track seems jammed somehow, as when you pull the string only one of the curtains opens completely; the other one only opens partially and gets stuck halfway. Looking for someone with the right tools and expertise to fix this. Can provide videos of the issue.
