Our smoke alarm needs fitting into the ceiling - needs to be drilled. Stepladder would be necessary. We also need a couple of door handles drilled into the doors again because the screws have come out of the original place because the inside is crumbly. We also have one set of blinds that don't go up, they only roll down. So need that fixed too if possible.

I'll order LED lights from amazon and they'll be ready on the day. 2-) We have two bathroom ventilators that need to be installed (these will be ready on the day as well) 3-) The lights on our extractor hood don't work either. The bulbs on it probably need to be replaced.
