Hang 2 new internal doors. I already have the new doors. Fittings need to be removed/ repurposed from the old ones. Doors need to be cut/ planed to fit the frame. Any cut sides need to be painted white (I’ll paint the back and front when in place). Old doors need to be taken away & disposed of.

Considerately remove stud wall and door way. Build up small stud wall cupboard, ready to the boarded and skimmed.

I need the damaged brickwork at the side of the building repaired. This includes some missing bricks at the back of the building which will need to be cemented in with bricks to secure the building from any cracks or bricks being damaged. As the image shows some bricks may need to be removed to replace with new ones but is a quick job requiring great skills.

I need the manhole at the rear of the building to be filled up to be same level as the building. This job will require the ground to be filled up to ground level with a cement mix, an attachment will be also included with this which will need to be screwed on to the drain shown in the picture.

I need someone to wire the lights. At the back side of the building I will need to spot light attached and wired, the wiring has aleady come through they just need to be connected to the lights and put into the ceiling.

I need a small L shaped kitchen worktop and sink to be installed at the far end of the building. Some tiling also required. I will need you to input a sink along side with a drainer so we can keep dishes clean and organised. I need the flooring raised (approx. 20 cm) at the entrance of the building to be at the same level as the rest of flooring in the building. This job will require for the floor to be lifted to be flat with the flooring shown in the image. As you walk into the building, a step will need to be put in place and to the left a ramp going up gradually for disable access, if any more details are needed on this job or you are interested please drop a message.
