We have an issue with a NordicTrack commercial 2950 treadmill. The track motor stops after a couple of minutes whether in low speed medium speed or high speed, on pushing the stop button followed then by the start button it starts again at low speed for a couple of minutes and stops again. We have followed all track adjustment again and undertake a system refresh and factory reset all of which we have completed along with lubricating the track.
