The GHD Gold edition straighteners will not turn on when plugged in. They have a European plug. I believe what may have happened is that I put them into a bathroom shaving socket and the fuse went. But I am not 100%.

I need help fixing the HDMI port on my device. I’m happy to purchase the replacement part myself, but if you happen to have a spare, I’d love to use it to help keep costs down—my daughter is breaking the bank right now! I am hoping to fill some gaps in wooden floorboards, and also add some wire corner brackets in my kitchen to close off any gaps in order to prevent mice.

I was preparing my ps5 controller and accidentally snapped off the potentiometer bracket. I need help to prep the board and replace the potentiometer with my spare part that I sourced. Turning on the hot water kitchen sink tap the water flow is suttering. When turning on the shower and attempting to use the hot water kitchen taps the water drips out and there is a slight banging sound (hard to describe but I have videos). When the cold tap is on in kitchen sink the flow is normal. - Due date: Before Sunday, 26 November 2023

Replace 2 ceiling lights. One is a pendant light that needs to be swapped for a piece of track lighting. The other is a pendant that needs to be swapped for another pendant. My Sonos Play 5 (gen 1) has stopped working and I've tried the obvious things to fix it myself - Due date: Flexible

I have a pair of Bose QC32 II that are a few years old and the right ear keeps cutting out. When you tap the right side of the headphones you can get the sound to come back in but it is very sensitive to movement and will cut out constantly. We have approx 10 frames we'd like to put on the wall. We are not allowed to damage the wall so we have a variety of 3m hanging solutions that you can use. They are adhesive strips and hanging attachments. - Due date: Flexible

I suspect both aren't working due to a faulty connection.

Bathroom sink mixer tap to be replaced- Access will need to be obtained through careful removal of exiting tiles. Use opportunity to check sink “P” trap and no leaks from toilet. At the same time the mixer tap of the bath is to be replaced with one that matches the new sink tap. Access to the bath taps is restricted, but they have recently been replaced without too much difficulty. Additionally, the kitchen sink tap is to be replaced, taking the opportunity to install an in-line water filter to the 2nd cold supply of the tap. Taps & filters, supplied.
