Top too big Bottoms too flared

I want to prevent noise coming from upstair flat, which has wooden / timber floor with hollow space in between. The room dimension is approx. 173 inches x 140 inches. I am looking for soundproofing solution.

My headphone band snapped the headphones sound still work but the plastic has broken around the wire.

- Small touch ups around the home with same paints for skirting, door frames where paint has come off or where silicone has been missed. - Touch ups of paint in certain areas where it has not been painted in the same colour (photos attached of some of the areas.) - silicone on wall panels and walls (photos attached) - Paint small door under bathtub. - Grout small section of tiles - Anti rust paint for top of railing (photo attached) - Small hole filled with filler in ceiling to be made smooth (photo attached) - tidy cables with simple in wall cable management including behind TV shelf. - install ring doorbell and change 2x faceplate of a socket Generally it's finishing up and tidying up with paint and silicone of already painted and finished areas. + Grouting small corner areas of tiles in small WC. 2 Yamaha Speakers, blown (played sound too loudly) and now when playing music, sound comes out muffled.

Replace 2 ceiling lights. One is a pendant light that needs to be swapped for a piece of track lighting. The other is a pendant that needs to be swapped for another pendant. There is also a hanging pendant in my living room that needs to be re-attached to the ceiling as it's now wonky/uneven. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 12 May 2023

My hifi keeps tripping the electricity to the sockets in my flat. It’s definitely the hifi as every time I turn it on the same thing happens. Other than that it seems to be working fine.
