I want to prevent noise coming from upstair flat, which has wooden / timber floor with hollow space in between. The room dimension is approx. 173 inches x 140 inches. I am looking for soundproofing solution.

My headphone band snapped the headphones sound still work but the plastic has broken around the wire.

2 Yamaha Speakers, blown (played sound too loudly) and now when playing music, sound comes out muffled.

Replace 2 ceiling lights. One is a pendant light that needs to be swapped for a piece of track lighting. The other is a pendant that needs to be swapped for another pendant. My hifi keeps tripping the electricity to the sockets in my flat. It’s definitely the hifi as every time I turn it on the same thing happens. Other than that it seems to be working fine.
