Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased the "32 inch curved 4k monitor" from a Philips distributor, Currys store, and unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with its features. Upon receiving and inspecting the monitor, I noticed a glitch in the bottom right corner of the screen. This was disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the product description. Additionally, the monitor's overall build quality seems lower than advertised, with defects that are concerning given the price point. Moreover, I've encountered another issue with the screen developing a color spread on one side, further impacting its functionality. This problem significantly affects my work setup, making it difficult to continue using the monitor effectively. I am quite unsatisfied with this situation and would like to discuss a solution. I live in a council flat/maisonette. Due to arthritis I can't use the taps I have. They're like an X. The council are useless and making me jump through hoops so I've bought my own lever back taps for the basin in bathroom and a unilever mixed tap sink for the kitchen.
