Repair Philips TV that turns on but doesn't project a signal

Philips Ambilight 58PUS7805 turns on, Ambilight backlight is working, but it no longer projects a video signal and TV software menus are not accessible. I've power cycled the TV several times to no avail. Fixes such as, replacing remote batteries, resetting the TV remote, open and clean the TV remote, plug TV into different power outlet or checking the power cable are all not solving the problem because the TV definitely turns on. I have tried a different HDMI cable that def. works and it hasn't changed the situation so it's not the cable either. Therefore I suspect the job that needs to be done is inspect & perhaps replace faulty capacitors and/or inspect for damage in the boards (power board, main board, blown fuses). TV is 3 yrs old and out of warranty. Ideally someone can come to my place either on Wednesday Aug 30th or Friday Sep 1st. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 September 2023
