Brenda did an end of tenancy clean for the new property I moved in. She cleaned my whole house which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two receptions, stairways and hallways. She cleaned every single bit very thoroughly. Windows, doors, walls literally everything was cleaned. The house was sparkling after she finished. She arrived on time and did an amazing job. This is for a 4 Bedrooms House with 3 Bathrooms, one guest toilet, one Sitting Room and a conservatory. *** YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS + MOP + HOOVER*** I want a full end of tenancy cleaning which should include your standard list and the following if not already included: * Hard-to-reach ledges, windows, light fixtures, and above cabinets cleaned * All taps de-scaled * Windows inside frames and glass * Hard floors scrubbed * Doors and doorframes and architraves thoroughly wiped down and disinfected * Sanitize rubbish bins, recycling, and wastebaskets * Blinds cleaned * All carpets hoovered thoroughly * All furniture moved and every surface cleaned including underneath All equipment moved and thoroughly cleaned * Cabinets and drawers inside and out * Radiators * All kitchen appliances pulled out and cleaned thoroughly including oven and fridge freezer * All walls cleaned * Bathrooms thoroughly cleaned including all grouting, toilet base, sink etc
Yesica and team underestimated the amount of work that was involved even though it was clearly stated in the task. It took her and the team longer than they expected so I paid extra as a gesture of good will. Definitely a very hard working team and l would use them again but I would need to make sure that they fully understand what the job entails.
