Garage space will need to be hoovered and some furniture in garage cleaned/dusted off. Entrance Hallway area: Carpet steam-cleaned and some surfaces wiped down. Stairs: Carpet steam-cleaned and wiped off. Second floor: 1 living room converted into bedroom (wood floor) and 1 separate bathroom with shower and toilet. All surfaces to be hoovered and cleaned alongside some minor descaling and bleaching in the bathroom.
