Here’s what we need: • Meeting Us at the Registrar: Arrive at the registrar on time and hold onto essential items, including a small wedding cake, cutlery, bubbly, and other extras, while we take photos and have our ceremony. • Post-Ceremony Setup: After the ceremony, assist with setting up the cake and bubbly in the garden area for photos and a cake-cutting moment. • Support During Photos: Be available to help with small tasks as we proceed with post-ceremony photos. • Cleanup: Once we’re done, help tidy up the area, dispose of any waste, and ensure everything is cleaned up. Hi! We require some extra cleaning support ahead of an event on Wednesday in Mayfair. There is an existing housekeeping team who know the place very well, and will also be working on this, but just need an extra person or two to clean up the venue before the guests arrive. The times would be Wednesday 2-6 or 7pm, and if possible also Friday 10am-2pm after our team have removed their set and decorations (no worries if you are not able to do both!). I would like one person to 1. Keep the party area and side tables clear of dirty dishes, rubbish and recycling throughout the event 2. Wash up and restock plates and cups 3. Monitor and restock food and snacks on the buffet table. 4. Look out for and clean up messes and generally keep things tidy. There are several flights of stairs up to the kitchen so there will be lots of climbing up and down throughout the day! Arrival at 1:30pm to help set up, guests arrive from 3pm. My budget is £15 per hour, and it will be up to 7 hours.
