Ensure that all guests board their taxis at 12:45 and if taxis don't turn up, have alternatives ready taxis (black cabs, uber etc) - Dress smartly (suit/formal not required. Just don't dress too casually, i.e. no shorts, no sliders/sandals/flip flops)
