Re attach small piece of guttering that has come off during recent high winds.

A section of guttering has come loose on the second floor, bracket broke in Storm Bert.

Replace like for like with new guttering. In image it is above the front window. A very short run of guttering.

back garden --Repair , clean and paint the soffit

I have some repair works specified in a Homebuyers Survey for a house that I am in the process of purchasing that require urgent attention (quotes taken from report): "Chimney stacks: need repointing; some stains on the parapet walls suggest the possibility of blocked or inadequate throatings to the underside of the overhang on the copings; plant growth coming from the lower levels of the left rear parapet wall indicates defective render. Guttering: staining noted to the left of the front bay indicative of gutter leakages." Ideally completed in the next two weeks. Images are attached. Many thanks.
