Handy Man/ Woman required to provide their own ladder and climb above a external shop / house door to view the gutters and establish where a leak is coming in and remedy this, the property is in WestGreen Road , Tottenham N15, if you give me a call and give a quote, then I can arrange for either my self or my mum to attend.

back garden --Repair , clean and paint the soffit

I have some repair works specified in a Homebuyers Survey for a house that I am in the process of purchasing that require urgent attention (quotes taken from report): "Chimney stacks: need repointing; some stains on the parapet walls suggest the possibility of blocked or inadequate throatings to the underside of the overhang on the copings; plant growth coming from the lower levels of the left rear parapet wall indicates defective render. Guttering: staining noted to the left of the front bay indicative of gutter leakages." Ideally completed in the next two weeks. Images are attached. Many thanks.
