back garden --Repair , clean and paint the soffit

I have some repair works specified in a Homebuyers Survey for a house that I am in the process of purchasing that require urgent attention (quotes taken from report): "Chimney stacks: need repointing; some stains on the parapet walls suggest the possibility of blocked or inadequate throatings to the underside of the overhang on the copings; plant growth coming from the lower levels of the left rear parapet wall indicates defective render. Guttering: staining noted to the left of the front bay indicative of gutter leakages." Ideally completed in the next two weeks. Images are attached. Many thanks.

Internal bedroom wall suffering from damp/mould, which we suspect is due to leaky drop gutter to exterior (see images). Need someone to come and check whether the gutter box is full and, if so, to help clear it.
