I have assumed a materials cost of around £2000, which should sit outside of this quote, but opportunities for savings on this can be mentioned in the replies. I may need to break down the work into two tasks for a later date, so please include the breakdown for the side fence and the rear fence in your replies. I am posting this here again as the last assignment of the job had some issue. Basically I want to replace the existing fence on the front garden with a new one along with a gate since we do not have a gate. Also we have a brick wall at the front which is quite short so i would prefer a wooden fence on top of it to match the height. The price i set here is for the job only. For the fence and gate its not included which you can give me a quote seperately. I also want the grass to be cleared from the garden and make it tidy.

Build garden fence outside

Open to offers! This task will be within the next 2-3 weeks. My garden fence was damaged by the previous tenants dog and is just generally a bit worse for wear and in need of replacing. The back part of the fence is leaning over and needs mending, some panels are rotting some are broken, as is the garden gate. Offers to replace would be fab. Will need guidance on what to order but happy to order new fencing from B&Q if necessary. Have put £900 as a starting point (assuming it’s 3 days of work), but open to offers.
