Need fencing to be replaced have bought the concrete posts to be installed old post to be removed and fencing to be put up need 8-7 fences replaced

1 fence panel has gone. Need it replaced and old one removed. We have concrete post so new one will slot in easy. Slight cut out needed for drain pipe also.

My housemate and I need someone to build a cat ladder so that our cat can climb from our first floor terrace/balcony down to the neighbouring fence below. It needs to hook onto the glass fence which surrounds our terrace and then slot onto the fence below, ideally it would be retractable so we can remove it with ease when the cat is in the house.
