The fence is on the side of the property with a gate and there is a bush leaning on it which I think is causing it to lean over. The neighbour has drilled a hole in the brick wall behind the fence and pinned the fence into the wall.
Ray was detailed in what he was going to do, he kept me up to date with communication as to when to expect him. Upon arrival he just got on with the job and produced high quality work that resolved the issue I had. I thoroughly recommend him and would use him again.

I have an electrical gate. The gate opens with a remote control and, once open, starts closing automatically after 10 seconds. After it starts closing, the gate stops (and reopens again) if it detects something (a person, a car) approaching it from my driveway. This safety mechanism is no longer working, so the gate keeps closing its two halves even if a car is stationary between them. I need this safety feature to work again.

I have a fence which is loose and moves in the wind. The wooden post nearest the house moves and doesn't seem to ever have been attached to a concrete post. All other wooden posts do. See pictures (picture from.above shows the wider fence). Please let me know how you'd fix this as I don't want the fence attached with brackets to the house.
