I am looking for someone to replace 3 regular doors with fd30 firedoors into the existing frames (they are all regular sized 762x1980) The new doors have already been purchased and will need to be routed to allow for 10mm intumescent strips. We would also need to have overhead door closers and new handles and latches fitted and hinges changed to fire rated hinges. The door stops will also have to be changed. All fixtures, fittings, doorstops and doors have been purchased and are on site. These 3 doors are all on the ground floor and there is easy access to the secure garden where there is lots of space to work on the doors. Also there is the potential to discuss fitting of further doors after. I am quite flexible with the date, but would prefer the weekend of the 15/16th of February if possible. (Sorry if you may have seen this task before, but the project had to be delayed due to a door arriving damaged and not having a chance to reply before the task expired - but now we are ready to go)

1) Door Please supply and install one internal FD30 fire door and closer. This is a new door so hinges needed plus any work to make door fit frame. See spec below and attached photos. Door must open into corridor (towards photographer) against wall on right. Door Spec: A new half-hour fire resisting door-set that meets British Standard 476, Parts 22, and 31.1 to the living room. The door to be fitted in accordance with BS 8214. Provide and fit a suitable self- closing mechanism, together with intumescent fire seals and flexible cold smoke seals. If separate intumescent and smoke seals are fitted the intumescent fire seal must be fitted to the risk side of the smoke seal. Intumescent seals may be fitted to either the door or the frame but must not be fitted within door stops. Door to frame clearances shall not exceed 3mm at the sides and head of the door and 8mm at the foot. 2) Alarms Supply and install 3 x mains powered smoke alarms and 1 x mains powered heat alarm. All interconnected via radio.
