Small leaks into internal walls during heavy rainfall. I've opened up the ceiling to find the source of the leak. My recommendation for the fix is below. Happy to hear your suggestions. - existing lead flashings on the parapet wall to be removed and along the side of the parapet wall slates removed . - new slates to be secured over the back flashing of the velux roof light + section of mansard to be re slated with new slates next to the parapet wall - parapet wall to be weathered with lead flashings pointed with pva bonding and mortar . - existing lead flashing weathering the top of the slates from the top flat roof to be repaired - existing led flashings weathering the asphalt upstand against the parapet wall on the flat roof of the loft extension (potentially further out towards the garden) to be lifted to secure felt/GRP

Need a flat roofer. Materials supplied.

Two tasks 1. Pitched roof - access from interior (no need for ladder) - a few slates broken/displaced (2 or 3) to be fixed. Picture enclosed 2. Flat felt roof (easy access with small ladder which I can provide) - localised leak to be fixed. No need to re-do the whole roof, just patching existing.

Single flat roofed garage next to ground floor flat. Part of the felt has ripped and needs replacing.

1] The job is the apply a coat (paint) of Thompsons/Acrypol waterproof roof coating on my flat roof (which is above backside extension area , 13 feet x 18 feet). I will supply the waterproofing paint and brushes. Please bring your own ladder to climb on to the roof. 2] Because of the previous leak the ceiling below (in the extension area) has some leakage marks/stains, so a small job to paint (white) over the marks/stains, and apply some surface filler for a nice finish before painting over. It is a very small area, in fact a few small patches where it had leaked, mainly near the skylight windows. I will supply the material.

There is a leak coming from one of my sky lights. A swarm of flying ants have built a nest on top and are coming through in drabs. I need the leak fixed. Access is easy via a ladder which can be provided. (Own insurance needed)
