It is a small flat roof on second floor, new roof but leaking from sides of the roof and it needs fixing/

We recently built 6 x 6mt rear extension with flat roof but the builder has done very substandard waterproofing job that needs fixing, particularly around the sky lantern

The flashing on the flat roof is damaged and came out with the wind. Need to be fixed.

Small leaks into internal walls during heavy rainfall. I've opened up the ceiling to find the source of the leak. My recommendation for the fix is below. Happy to hear your suggestions. - existing lead flashings on the parapet wall to be removed and along the side of the parapet wall slates removed . - new slates to be secured over the back flashing of the velux roof light + section of mansard to be re slated with new slates next to the parapet wall - parapet wall to be weathered with lead flashings pointed with pva bonding and mortar . - existing lead flashing weathering the top of the slates from the top flat roof to be repaired - existing led flashings weathering the asphalt upstand against the parapet wall on the flat roof of the loft extension (potentially further out towards the garden) to be lifted to secure felt/GRP

Two tasks 1. Pitched roof - access from interior (no need for ladder) - a few slates broken/displaced (2 or 3) to be fixed. Picture enclosed 2. Flat felt roof (easy access with small ladder which I can provide) - localised leak to be fixed. No need to re-do the whole roof, just patching existing.

flat roof on a commercial property has a small leak, need investigating

There is a leak coming from one of my sky lights. A swarm of flying ants have built a nest on top and are coming through in drabs. I need the leak fixed. Access is easy via a ladder which can be provided. (Own insurance needed)

The small flat roof over my utility room is leaking badly and needs to be replaced. The ceiling inside needs to be repaired, so does the area just around the door frame of the utility room going into the garden.

Reaffix/tighten our TV ariel, located on our flat roof. The pole is fixed to a bracket on a small vertical wall. There was a lot of wind recently and the pole came loose. We can't see the bracket, but expect it to have vibrated open. See the image, the pole should be vertical, it is currently listing at 45 degrees. We are flexible on the day that the work is done, so long as it is undertaken between 15-19 April Tasker must have extension ladders to gain access from the roof of the ground floor (above kitchen) to the roof of the second floor (main roof of home). The flat roof above the kitchen is where the ladders can be placed to reach to flat roof on the top of the house.

Have a flat roof which is leaking need it sealed with liquid. Sealant already had a few people look at it, the flat roof would need a 3 stack ladder to get to.

Extractor fan already there from ceiling with outlet pipe above on flat roof needs replacing. Outlet pipe cover has blown off in storm causing water to enter needs replacing with secure one - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 30 October 2023

There’s a leak in my flat that only occurs during heavy rainfall. In the past there was a cracked tile on the roof (I believe it’s a flat roof/mostly flat), with access through a window/door onto the roof. It might be something different this time causing the leak, but as it started after a heavy hail storm and only occurs during heavy rain I believe it to be another cracked tile issue. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 20 September 2023
