Please help fixing a damaged section of laminate flooring. The damage is located at the threshold of a doorway, where the laminate planks have become loose and separated from each other. There is also some visible water damage around the damaged area. The task is to repair the damaged laminate flooring. This will likely involve removing the damaged planks, repairing any underlying damage to the subfloor, and then installing new laminate planks. It may be possible to simply repair the existing planks.

The floorboards in my house are extremely creaky, whenever anyone gets up or moves around the whole house wakes up. The floorboards however are underneath carpet which I don’t want to ruin

We have moved into a late 1800s property and on removing the vinyl tiles in the kitchen, discovered that some of the joists underneath are missing/damaged. The kitchen has an extension, but we think that the problem is located in 10ft square of the older part of the kitchen flooring.

Job 1 - Lift up existing garden tiles and level out the floor. If sand is needed to help level out the floor i have this. Put down weed matting before laying the tiles back down. Floor must be leveled out. Job 2 - Lay extra tiles to the small side walks. Tile cutting tool maybe needed, we don't have this. Job 3 - Change/replace 13 broken Fence panels Job 4 - Paint fence panels Job 5 - bag up all rubbish to dump - we will do this unless a good quote is provided. All supplies will be provided. We would like the work to start as soon as and be completed by Friday if possible, if not then Saturday 11th August.
