This is a medical clinic. There is a new vinyl floor, which has been installed last year and it has now sustained some minor scratches and some deep scratches. I need the floor to be scrubbed, cleaned, vacuumed the minor scratches to be removed with acetone and the deep scratches to be repaired with a hot gun. I then need five coats of seal using bona seal to protect the flooring. The floor needs to be looking like it’s brand new. This is a new floor less than a year old.

I need bedroom floorboards to be neatened up and some replaced. Floor needs to be made as flat, level, firm etc within reason. Some boards or parts of boards are split/broken and need replacing (or part replacing) in about 2-5 places. You will need to supply boards. It is not 5 full boards, more like 3 places that need part replacement and some other areas that need securing. Quite a simple job.

Furthermore, I need five coats of.bonaseal do you put on the flooring in order to protect the flooring. I want the flooring to look as good as new. It is a very high-quality flooring and it was only installed 18 months ago.

I have some cracked floorboards on my laminate, that’s are creaky and broken, would like it fixed before I put carpet down, also some laminate flooring is broken any help would be great - I’ve put £100 but I have no idea what a budget should be so please don’t use that as my official budget

My mum has creaky floorboard in about 6/7m of the corridor. She’s getting the carpets replaced in early March and would like the floor fixed before then. I assume you just need to screw them down in some areas. It’s not all the floor boards, just some creaky areas. Corridor is probably 6/7m long and about 1m wide
