The LVT that was installed three years back has been lifting. I need the floor to be repaired or a selection of new LVT planks layer, to get the room ready for a new tenant. LVT in hall and kitchen/lounge.

This is a medical clinic. There is a new vinyl floor, which has been installed last year and it has now sustained some minor scratches and some deep scratches. I need the floor to be scrubbed, cleaned, vacuumed the minor scratches to be removed with acetone and the deep scratches to be repaired with a hot gun. I then need five coats of seal using bona seal to protect the flooring. The floor needs to be looking like it’s brand new. This is a new floor less than a year old.

Some boards or parts of boards are split/broken and need replacing (or part replacing) in about 2-5 places. You will need to supply boards. It is not 5 full boards, more like 3 places that need part replacement and some other areas that need securing. Quite a simple job.

However, there are deeper scratches which need a hot gun to melt the floor and put the flooring into his original shape. Furthermore, I need five coats of.bonaseal do you put on the flooring in order to protect the flooring. I want the flooring to look as good as new. It is a very high-quality flooring and it was only installed 18 months ago.

Scratch caused by a needle on floor most likely laminate - plank replacement can be an option we are just trying to source the planks if not any way to repair the scratch?

Most of our kitchen floor is solid but there is a small area (30x60cm) at the door where it seems to be suspended with plywood subfloor which has rotted. Laminate tiles on top have cracked as a result. I believe we need someone to 1) take up the tiles & remove existing subfloor, 2) replace subfloor and 3) fit replacement tiles (which we have). This will likely involve removing the damaged planks, repairing any underlying damage to the subfloor, and then installing new laminate planks. It may be possible to simply repair the existing planks.
