Find a local floor sanding profesional in London

The flooring we had pre ordered to complete our extension 2 years ago has since been discontinued. We have had to buy similar flooring but with a white finish on it. We need it sanded down. We have started but do not really have the right tools or experience. Area approx 2metres x 2metres. Have got circular sanding discs if helpful. Sander we have has no dust bag so would need someone to bring a sander with a dust bag to do this.

Hello!! I was going to wait until next spring, but I truly CANNOT stand my floor anymore, the old dirty beige carpet really isn't doing it for me and I'm finally ready to take the plunge – it is time to say goodbye! I intend to remove the carpet myself, however I'm looking for someone (with much stronger muscles than mine) to help me out with sanding the wooden floor underneath. I will be hiring a floor sander for the occasion, unless you have your own equipment in which case the hiring fee will go straight to you (in addition to the original fee). But only if you have a large floor sander, NOT a hand one! The room in question is my reception room and measures approximatively 4x6m (24sqm). I'm not much of an expert, but I'd say it would take up to a full day to sand the room to an acceptable standard. I'm renting so I'm not too fussed about doing a perfect job, I just want wooden floors! PLEASE. I will take care of all the floor preparation beforehand, and I will also apply the varnish afterwards. I really only need you to use the floor sander as I'm worried the machine is too powerful and heavy for me to move around for hours! I understand my budget isn't ideal for someone with years of experience, but sadly it can't be extended at this time so please leave this opportunity to someone else if you find it too low. Hello - I require someone with a floor sander to sand my living room floorboards (no treatment - just the sanding). The room is 4.1m x 3.75m. The room is located on the ground floor - no stairs. I have recently pulled up the carpets - there appears to be some stain used at some point (please see images). I’m unsure on costs so please send through your quotes.

Hi, I am interested in a survey and quotation for sanding and finishing of 35 sqm of Wooden plank flooring in a house near Balham, across 4 first floor rooms with no stairs. The wooden flooring is in good condition, and currently painted but worn down. We would like to remove the paint and freshen up to then potentially repaint. Is a survey and quote possible this week? We might have to sand & varnish the flooring of our office. The walls are getting painted + redecorated Monday-Wednesday. We hope for remaining furniture to have been removed by Thursday. So Friday would be ideal for floors. I found this online for typical floor size: Office size: 1,045 sq. ft. Kitchen & toilets don't have wooden floors., so it would just be the blue + purple parts on the floorplan attached.
