I would like to get a quote for sanding the existing wooden floor with 3 coats of lacquer for approx. 62m2 wooden floor area. The existing floor layout and wooden floor condition is attached for reference

Clean, Sanding and refinishing wooden floor 38sqm. It is a ground floor property. Private parking provided. All floor will be completely cleared of furniture by us. To give an idea of the area I provide a plan, sanding and refinishing not needed in kitchen, toilet and master bedrooms. Materials or sanding machines not provided.

We might have to sand & varnish the flooring of our office. The walls are getting painted + redecorated Monday-Wednesday. We hope for remaining furniture to have been removed by Thursday. So Friday would be ideal for floors. I found this online for typical floor size: Office size: 1,045 sq. ft. Kitchen & toilets don't have wooden floors., so it would just be the blue + purple parts on the floorplan attached.
