I need sanding and vanishing old floor boards 15 square meters

Hello!! I was going to wait until next spring, but I truly CANNOT stand my floor anymore, the old dirty beige carpet really isn't doing it for me and I'm finally ready to take the plunge – it is time to say goodbye! I intend to remove the carpet myself, however I'm looking for someone (with much stronger muscles than mine) to help me out with sanding the wooden floor underneath. I will be hiring a floor sander for the occasion, unless you have your own equipment in which case the hiring fee will go straight to you (in addition to the original fee). But only if you have a large floor sander, NOT a hand one! The room in question is my reception room and measures approximatively 4x6m (24sqm). I'm not much of an expert, but I'd say it would take up to a full day to sand the room to an acceptable standard. I'm renting so I'm not too fussed about doing a perfect job, I just want wooden floors! PLEASE. I will take care of all the floor preparation beforehand, and I will also apply the varnish afterwards. I really only need you to use the floor sander as I'm worried the machine is too powerful and heavy for me to move around for hours! I understand my budget isn't ideal for someone with years of experience, but sadly it can't be extended at this time so please leave this opportunity to someone else if you find it too low. (reposted this task, previous tasker fell through) We have removed old laminate flooring downstairs to reveal old floorboards. In a few months we want to install a better engineered wood floor, but we have some other work to complete first. Therefore we need to clean up and sand our floorboards so we can live with it as a temporary solution. No special staining or painting required - just sanding to a reasonable finish. It is 8m x 4 m - 32 square meters in total. The tasker will need to bring their own sanding machinery including edging sander (and ideally a vacuum cleaner, since we only have a hand vacuum)
