The flooring/decking of the balcony needs a good clean, the previous people had alot of plants, the flooring is wooden so unsure if jet wash would damage? Also the flat is on top floor of a 3 story building so I would need to notify the neighbors below before any clean done.

I am having fitted wardrobes installed, so I will need someone to remove them and dispose of them. I will also need the carpet to be removed where the wardrobes will be. The wardrobes are free standing and they are two double wardrobes. I have included the dimensions of the wardrobe, so you can see how much carpet needs to be removed.
