Job: 32 Square meters of Vinyl Click Flooring needs to be paid directly onto a concrete floor in a rental property in east London. The laminate flooring is already removed, The underlay needs to be removed before laying the new floor (easy job). The areas are Lounge : 28 square meters Hallway: 4 Square meters Expansion gaps must be maintained as per the instructions on the box White quadrant (supplied) to be fitted, using metered corners to look nice. You will need to supply and fit some doorway joining strips, for between the lounge and hallway. And between the hallway and toilet and hallway and kitchen. 3 strips in total. Both the toilet and hallway have tiled floors. I didn't buy the strips because it's not clear whether there will be a height difference between the tiles and vinyl click and which type of strip will be needed. The cost of the strips can be added onto the cost of labour, so i can pay for labour plus these materials. You should bring your own tools, including cutting saw to trim the boards and instruments needed to get the boards pushed together and aligned. The trims need to be attached to the wall, thereby allowing the flooring to expand and contract with the temperature. Any nail heads need to be pushed down and filled with filler, to make the job look nice. I will need photos of every area and videos of the job before payment will be released. The reason for this is that I have had jobs done in the past, which were not completed, or not completed nicely. Unfortunately, because i didn't ask for photos and video, i released the payment, and only found out about the quality of the job afterwards. This is a situation i want to avoid for this job. I am looking for someone reliable, preferably with their own car, so that problems with public transport don't become the reason the job is postponed. I can supply all-day parking permits, so there is no problem with parking your vehicle all day. - Due date: Flexible
