To put vynl flooring in my bathroom.

Due to a water leak the current laminate flooring next to the kitchen is now swollen, so needs to be fixed. I’m unaware of what is underneath the current flooring (underlay?). The area that needs to be replaced is about 2.2m x 1.5m. I need the same laminate so i welcome suggestion on where i can find it. I want the transition strip to be removed and instead put something smaller or just glue, whatever is suitable/appropriate.

Underfloor heating needs to be reconnected...previous tiler didn't do it properly and the wires blew after being tiled, so it doesn't work. I have a new underfloor heating kit which needs connecting and new tiles which will then need to be laid.
