I have a small hallway roughly 3 meters long by a meter wide. There's 6 doors frames in the hallway and may need some breaker work to level the corners as the floor slopes up on some areas so isn't entirely level. We have the laminate flooring so no materials needed only tools and labour.

Removal of old caulk and application of new caulk (caulk will be provided) around 5x doorframes and various sections of skirting boards.

Please help fixing a damaged section of laminate flooring. The damage is located at the threshold of a doorway, where the laminate planks have become loose and separated from each other. There is also some visible water damage around the damaged area. The task is to repair the damaged laminate flooring. This will likely involve removing the damaged planks, repairing any underlying damage to the subfloor, and then installing new laminate planks. It may be possible to simply repair the existing planks.

Section of skirting board in en suite bathrroom (approx 55cm) have come away/ warped slightly due to water damage. Need them to be removed replaced. There is sealant on them at present but I'm getting the rest of the flat re-sealed so this doesn't need to be resealed necesarily i would say. I don't have the replacment skirting boards let but have found somewhere i can get them from. Area is around 55cm and has several corners

I need to recarpet my landing below my stairs. I am yet to buy the carpet and underlay but am also looking for someone to let me know what I need to obtain prior to fixing this issue. The person will need to cut the underlay and the carpet to fit the landing too. I took the carpet up as it was damp from a leaked dehumidifier and i am letting the concrete dry per the photo

Small bedroom floor, old laminate flooring to be removed

Looking for an experienced flooring fitters to fit herringbone laminate flooring in an approximate 25sqm, mostly sqaure room and also a small passageway. Including installing door thesholds for adjoining rooms. Ideally someone who has experience in herringbone and knows how to avioid creaking floors aswell clean up after. Flooring and underlay will already be provided, so this is mainly labour costs only, any additional bits needed will be covered by myself.
