Carpet over stairs is loose. Need fixing as people complaining it is loose and might fall over. Might need hammering in.

We would need some help to install vinyl flooring in a 3 storey building of 1300 sqf, including staircases and nosing of the stairs. timing is flexible, in the months of April / May. In the Budget number I have given a ball-park, but would like to hear from you what yours sqm price is, obviously depending on the quality of materials. The building is empty at the moment.

The postcode is W12 8PY, not sure why the system keeps changing it to Brook Green. I need someone to change the carpets for 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway and 1 set of stairs in my apartment. Estimated total 500sqft. I have carpets and underlay already in the flat, but all tools need to be brought by you.
