Sticky flooring has been bought it just needs to be applied on a bedroom

Someone with expertise and tools to be able to lay down herringbone laminate in a 12 square meter room. Carpet and skirting are out already.

Cut out a stained square of carpet and replace with a new square section. Carpet fitting expertise required. Section is around 35cm x 35cm.

There is a bit of moss on the balcony, I would like to remove it and add some decking

We have removed the tiles on the floor and while removing the cement/adhesive underneath we have created some holes on the floor which would need some levelling

i have vinyl tiles to lay on all the areas on the flat (approx 60m2). The old laminate will have to ripped out and floor levelled if required and then new tiles to be installed. There is a recycling unit nearby ( less than 2 miles) and would need your help to dispose it off and i will support you in this as i will go with you. Furnitures have to be moved as i live in the flat. The tile is plank style, has click mechanism and has built in underlay. I’m finally getting round to fixing a botched installation of laminate flooring and porcelain tiling (gaps in between laminate which I’ve done my best to fix but the porcelain tiles are now loose and cracked in places - was done by the previous floor fitters). The flooring area is approx 40 sqm. I’d prefer to install a herringbone pattern structure this time around so would be looking for someone who is skilled at laying laminate in such a way. We are looking to get a report of the condition of the apartment. As well as quotes on how much it would cost, if it is possible, to move the washing machine (clothes) to the storage cupboard from the kitchen. And install a rainfall shower head in one bathroom and a pull out faucet in another bathroom's shower. Change the temperature cartridge? thing so the temperature of the water can be adjusted more easily without getting too hot or cold. We would like the report to include any bits that you would like to highlight that may need maintenance work as well as how much it would cost to fix those. We want people who would be able to do the final bits of work later in the year as well. (looking december) No work is to be done at all on the day, just an inspection and a report. We are not owners of the apartment yet, still in the legal process of buying it. This inspection is agreed with the seller and estate agent. This is so we can bring up any large repair bills with the seller to settle the purchase price to reflect the condition of the apartment. The rest of the quote is to speed up the process of moving in so we have all workmen lined up from when we get the apartment and get all the renovation works done quickly. budget is for the report only. I had laminate flooring installed in my living area and hallway of my flat in June/July this year. However, I have noticed a few gaps between some of the planks. I need someone to get rid of these (perhaps with adhesive/woodfiller?) so that it doesn't become too big of an issue down the line.
