The skirting board under my sink cabinet is loose and needs to be fastened. My cat climbed in through there and disappeared into a hole. I need this repaired ASAP. This is something my landlord should be repairing but it doesn't seem like it will happen anytime soon.

We are stripping out an old flat and would like someone to take away our rolls of carpet and underlay from 2x bedrooms, rolled vinyl flooring from a small bathroom and kitchen units from a small kitchen on saturday 5th October. We are the 1st floor of a hour so there are two flights of wide and rather shallow stairs for reference.

We need a person to lay a normal twist carpet. Underlay and grips are here, but it would have to be fitted against 1 door and 1 wetroom (fixtures/supplies not here).

I want to remove the carpet in both bedrooms and replace it with flooring. The skirting boards also need to be remove and reinstalled once the flooring in finished. I have all the materials.

Old wood flooring removed to expose concrete. Need new laminate flooring laid and the ensuite bathroom floor needs fixing or retiling. Area is approx 26 square meters. Laminate to be laid under the existing skirting. Furniture and free standing kitchenette in room will need to be moved to allow the works.

In an area of approx 75sqm that we are renovating we have slightly differing floor levels - only by a few CM, however before laying new flooring we want to make the area more or less level so looking for someone to come in, cut and lay new plywood across the whole area to level things out. Obviosuly approx 50% of the area is already at the right level. Budget excludes materials
