Areas consist of 2 bedrooms, hallway, 5 step stairs and kitchen/living area. The kitchen is staying in so the flooring underneath the kitchen units also needs to be removed. Timber boards and underlay sits on wooden floorboards which are fixed to joists. It is just the click connect timber flooring and underlay that needs removing. They come apart very easily.

Hi - I have a skirting board and laminate flooring there is gap between the two. I have ordered floor trims for that and need help to install on the ground floor

I am due to have new floor and subfloor installed but beforehand the skirting boards need to be removed. I removed 3 myself but it is actually a bigger job than I thought so now looking for professional help. The skirting boards does not lie against a wall but are beneath it if it makes sense. Once removed, there is a empty space behind that needs to be filled (with fiberglass/expanding foam), plastered etc. I did that with the skirting boards I removed myself but didn't finish the job until the end: the bottom of the walls need to be properly flattened so that there is no distinction between the rest of the wall. I have given up on removing all of the skirting boards, so it will be all that are left excluding the bedroom.
